Make Sure Your Custom T-Shirts Look Better Than Good
Making up custom T-shirts for your business is no small investment. Especially if you are using them as a promotional tool, because that means you are giving them away. It is already a good sized investment so make sure you go the extra mile and design a nice one. Don’t just plaster your name on the shirt in block letters.
If you have a logo, be sure to spend the extra money, or talk the shirt guy into a one time freebee, and have that logo made into a die to use on your shirts. It doesn’t wear out and will be less money you spend on the next batch. Plus the professionalism it adds to the printed T-shirts is worth more than the cost of using this option.
Since you’ve already spent for a nice logo or slogan printing, don’t you dare put it on a crappy shirt. One that shrinks and fades in the wash isn’t worth a thing to you or the guy or gal who would have continued to wear it on occasion if it kept its shape and appearance.
Pick a quality manufacturers product that won’t let you down. And if some one offers you a way to save money by using manufacturers second, just throw them out of the store and move on. Use color for your custom T-shirt, either in the lettering or logo or for the shirt itself. Stick with lite colors that won’t fade easy unless you really want to pay top shelf prices for no fade pre-washed stuff.
