How to be an employee-oriented business
You hate your boss?, “Resent the decisions of the company they work?, Are you indifferent to your job and only dreaming of the day you have your own business? If so, you’re probably going the wrong way and need to become an employee-oriented business.
Why?
Because one of the main signs to know when you’re not prepared to start your own business is to be clear about how business works and why certain decisions.
